Genaro Network Founder and Giluo Technology CTO Waylon Wu attended the AISI blockchain technology Summit Forum
On June 23, Genaro Network founder and Jiluo Technology CTO Waylon Wu attended the 2018 AISI Blockchain Technology Summit Forum held in the International Convention and Exhibition Center in Hangzhou Yunqi town.
Twenty company founders, three renowned scientists and seven senior practitioners from the blockchain industry were among those who attended the forum. These included the Director of the Shanghai branch of the Institute of Computing Technology of the Chinese Academy of Sciences Huawei Kong, AISI Labs CTO Zhiwen Li, Zhejiang University Associate Professor Hongxin Zhang, Jinqiu Blockchain founder and CEO Peng Zuo, Beijing University of Post and Telecommunications Blockchain Laboratory Director Dr Zhaofeng Ma, Senior Blockchain Expert Junming Luo, the founder of Yuanyi BitCoin and the sponsor of AISI community Chuxu Fang, Guangxia Yin, Jiaxue Yang, Shixing Mao, etc. All the speakers shared their in-depth knowledge with the audience.
The topic of Waylon’s speech was ‘Innovative Consensus Design and Structural Governance’. He explained how structural governance is divided between that which takes place on an online chain and that which occurs on an offline chain. When designing the overall consensus, all designs should be centered on online chain governance. This is because only the online chain can ensure that every movement will lead to punishment or reward.
About the forum, Waylon said, “It’s my honor to witness the establishment of the AISI Lab and I’m hoping for a promising future for both Genaro and AISI, as well as the core technology. The speech of Director Huawei Kong was really beneficial in my view. I was reminded of China’s progress in both chip development and blockchain. I had a heated discussion on consensus with AISI Lab CTO Zhiwen Li and reached an agreement with him about the function of PoS, as well as some online chain management methods.”
