2. Genaro pubic chain uses PoS(Proof of Stake) as consensus and each block is generated by storage activities. Storage and transaction receipt is made and proved on blocks.

But all of them only solve storage and they do not have public chain or their public chain is not Turing Complete, means users can only use them storage space but cannot deploy smart contract thereby build applications on them directly.
